Port Royal, SC- The Old Village Association of Port Royal, is hosting the 7th Annual Oktoberfest which will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2009 from 12 noon – 5 pm, Paris Avenue, Port Royal, SC with festivities throughout the historic Old Village of Port Royal.
The featured live entertainment for the festival is by Nashville sensation Bonnie Bishop and local Southern rock band, Incahoots, beer garden with traditional Oktoberfest foods and drinks, beer, bratwurst, hot dogs and other delicious specialty foods prepared by local restaurants.
Other Highlights include: Car and Truck Show hosted by Classic Car & Truck Club of Beaufort, Children’s Festival hosted by Port Royal Elementary School, Civic Group booths, Art Exhibits/Craft Vendors will be on hand whose works include handmade jewelry, glassworks, pottery, paintings and much more.
The festival is free and open to the public. Tickets may be purchased for the food and beverage items the day of the event.
