Live Well…Feel Good…Celebrate YOU!
Saturday November 21st  10 am to 1pm

The Old Town of Port Royal will host an extraordinary assembly of like-minded individuals and organizations who will share simple ways to live a more healthful life starting now.  Why wait until pain or illness occurs before learning ways to enhance your well being?  You deserve to celebrate a more joyful and fulfilling life daily, not just every once in a while, like on your birthday or during your favorite holiday.  There will be various speakers presenting continuously on the quarter hour who will offer a wide array of helpful hints that you can begin using right away, along with products or services that you may not have been aware even existed in our community.  There will be drawings throughout the day for unique and wonderful door prizes that you won’t want to miss, so plan to come on out early and stay late.  The first speaker will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.  For a schedule of presenters and a full listing of participants, please send an email request to therasolutions08@yahoo.com   or call Chris Rentz 522-3955 ext 23 for more information.  You won’t want to miss your favorite topic or presenter!  The Lowcountry Blood Bank will also be on hand for their annual “Holiday Blood Drive” along with Beaufort Memorial’s C.H.I.P. Republicans attend candidate meet and greet in Port Royal

Two South Carolina Republican gubernatorial candidates and two GOP candidates running for other offices in the 2010 election mingled with Northern Beaufort County residents in Port Royal on Sunday and explained why they believe voters should support them at the polls next year.
Less than 24 hours before the meet-and-greet at Live Oaks Park, U.S. Rep. Gresham Barrett was in Washington, D.C., voting against the House health care reform bill that passed 220 to 215.
"I was heart-sick last night," Barrett said before more than 80 people gathered for the event. "It was a sad day for freedom. Coming back today gives me so much hope."
All Republican candidates running for office in 2010 were invited to speak at the event hosted by the Beaufort Area Republican Club. Only two of
five gubernatorial candidates attended.
